Hi Datuk Seri,

First of all, congratulations on your “successful” appointment as the country 6th Prime Minister! I had no doubt that this is a cliche that after being elected as the new UMNO President, you should be given the chance to be the next PM after Pak Lah.
Every man in this country still remembered well when Pak Lah inaugurated as the 5th PM, there was equivalent high expectations placed on him then to bring this country of nearly 50 years old then to a greater height and more importantly a regime considered cleaner and less rigid compared to Tun Mahathir’s era. However, I personally still considered Chedet had nevertheless brought much development to this country, albeit there were same amount of low lights during his administration.
And for Pak Lah, I got nothing to praise on except tons of miseries and disappointments which i can feel from the public, colleagues, associates,as well as my brother. Nevertheless, let bygone be bygone and now is your turn and moments to give us hopes again that Malaysia can again attain Mission 2020.
Upon your appointment as the new PM, I have seen many parties congratulated you with full page congratulatory messages on the news prints. I think this is rather too much, agreeing to what Tun Ma’s opinion in his recent post. you should order a total cessation on this immediately.
As you invite the public and people on the street to give you ideas on how to improve the country especially in the current difficult times, I wish to express my wishes too to you in my blog here.
1. Our taxes are very high and aplenty. Ever since I started work, I was shocked on finding out the personal tax @ ~28%. Then, when I bought house, I have to paid stamp duty. When going to restaurants, i have to pay 2 types of taxes, government and service taxes. When buying car, rakyat got to pay >60% for non-national car. Then, when borrowing money from bank to service our housing and car loans, we are imposed financial interests. Now, you allow these blood suckers to increase further the interest rate on the foreign car purchase! Then cruising on the roads also kena roadtax. Passing by tolls also need to pay toll and the fare is getting higher from time to time.
Wish 1: Reduce Taxes, lower excise duty on imported car, branded items. It will be good if I am only needed to pay for 10% tax monthly, can own an BMW 3 series @ RM160k , LV or Coach is available @ RM800-1000.
2. Please review our public transportation system. Why can’t we have an integrated LRT line connecting all major cities of the states in Peninsular. Why do we need 4 different companies running the train lines covering just Selangor and KL?
Wish 2: I can travel from Melaka to KL,then to Penang, then to Pulau Redang, then to Kuantan ,followed by to JB, then back to Melaka, all by train service. All taxis and buses should be standardized in terms of car model, comforts criteria, as well as gazetted fares.
3. Internet access till today is still terrible and disappointing. Dare you guys started the MSC valley but still hearing most people today mumbling about the lousy access speed and expensive rates.
Wish 3: Allow more companies to bring us more choices of the high speed internet access with lower package fares. I think the reasonable price is ~ RM 50 for 10Mbps. I can pay for the Router and Modem. You can ask Telekom to save on this gift. For public area, pls equip all major cities with WIFI access @ broadband speed.
4. Our society is getting messier and dangerous. Crime rate is increasing every year while on the other hand we are still talking about police corruption and brutality. For example, Mat Rempit gang & snatch thieves are getting bold in their heinous acts.
Wish 4: Ask the police to smile and behave when talking to us. Pls get rid of the Mat Rempit and snatch thieves as fast as possible. Outside my house, there is already a regular place for Mat Rempit congregation,in front of the City council building. What a shame!
Wish 5. Improve Non-bumiputra quota in various topics.Access to university, ASW/ASM, job opportunities in public sectors, government scholarships for overseas university, lower interests & longer repayment period for PTPTN or study loans.
Wish 6: Lower electricity rate to the range of water rate, as well as phone calls.
Wish 7: Give us free cable vision like Astro or at least lower the subcription fees to below Rm50. Allow adult contents over the cable vision, you can charge a fee for that. No problem.
Wish 8: Give indirect support to the local piracy market as they really bring more good than harm to us. From time to time, you can ask the officers to catch the troublemakers as a sign to show government efforts in curbing piracy at home to the outside world.
Wish 9: Make sure our roads are even and smoother. Just take a cruise along the main roads here and put a cup filled with water on the dashboard. As the car travels, you can see the water in the cup kept pouring out due to the uneven roads. Our roads are patched here and there. If roads also don’t know how to build and maintain, don’t brag about building the crooked bridge, sky scrappers as well as the DAM!
Wish 10: I hope our national cars can be better in terms of quality. My national car door has to be shut twice everytime during closing after the first month. The window can’t be winded up after half a year. One of the door locks need manual lifting. Fuel consumption is seen higher after a year. Car paint is fading after 15th month. Compartments’ cover came out after 18th month. The car’s odour become worsewhen reaching 20th month! Yet, i have another 48 months to pay for the installment. Would You be tulan or not in this case? It will be good if Proton or Perodua can produce a national car with Kancil’s fuel comsumption but with aerodynamic designs like the Mini Coope or Jazz at least, then coupled with the Toyota’s quality standards and eventually priced like Nano!
If you can take care of the above 10 wishes by next election, I will still keep my vote for BN. Otherwise, sorry!!!
Errrh..errh….Don’t say I am talking kok here. Above propositions may look impossible and this is what you should do for us as the 21st century PM,think out of the carton box! Make the impossible be possible , and transform the Ordinary into Extra ordinaries…
If your ministers can’t accept these challenges, may I suggest to you the following names for the certain portfolios:
For Transportation, Tony Fernandes is the one.
For Education,Tan Sri Lim Kok Wing should be considered.
For Automotive, Tengku Mahaleel or Nasim M. should be considered.
For Economic, i think Datuk Mustapha M. can do that.
For Tourism, Datuk Francis Yeoh is the best choice.
For Information, Talk Kok is one of the choices.

I think item no 1 will be tough call. THEY will most likely be retaininig the current 1, so that they can enjoy more 1…….
If THEY make Item 2 a reality, who is gonna pay the toll, buy the proton, take the cab……
Item 3 will be doable. Provided THEY are instructed by the Government. Who wants to do charity when they can earn $$$$$
Item 4 …..mmm….no comment.
Item 5……i hope it will come through…especially the last wish (PTPTN)
Item 7 The adult thing is quite dangerous, may have implications on social security, but Astro surely be making tonnes of $$$$ out of it….
Item 8. Use BT. Item 3 must be fullfilled first.
Item 9. Lot’s of people (J?R) will out of job because of that.
Lastly……Hard to justify, THEY cannot feel ur TL cause THEY are most likely driving ur dream cars………
