Today, as usual, i went out for lunch with my lunch buddies. Before i delve further, allow me to introduce  these gentlemen. Both of them are young,energetic, bachelor & funny dudes. RG is very famous in Melaka due to his family diversified business empires and his unmatchable networking. QCH is a favourite among his peers because of his cool and soft spoken manners! What a pleasure in knowing them!

Today’s Lunch Venue: Capitol Nasi Lemak @ Bachang Road,near the old Great Wall shopping mall. This shop is now run by a young couple & their nasi lemak is not the typical & simple type sold by many. Not only do they serve flavoured rice, anchovies, cucumber,roasted nuts,egg but also a wide range of other household food items like sambal squid, fried chicken, asam pedas stingray, salted eggs, tofu, beans & cockles (Si Ham)!

I Love It!

The food sold in this shop isn’t too expensive, what we had was only ~ RM20 ++ but we ate to our heart contended. In fact, I like squid very much especially served with sambal chilli. I had been thinking for past few days to have this dish today and i made it,what a blessing after a hard day of work!

But I never know what i wished for has repeated for the 2nd time in one day. Just when i reached home just now for dinner,guessed what was waiting for me, what a  Deja Vu!

Sambal chili squids again? No thanks,please!
