There are many eateries and restaurants in the Heeren streets and Jonker walk area in Malacca. One of them that I visited last 2 weeks is worth mentioning over here.
The name of the shop is called MaMa taste, which is specialized in serving home cook dishes.
This is the low profile eatery stall situated opposite 13th Coffee house!
the cafe which serves a variety of coffees from the 13 states of Malaysia.
This shop we were eating in only sells few dishes like curry chicken, Hainan steamed chicken, Lo Bak, Asam Fish Head & Curry noodles, nothing more.

Just look at the unique way of putting up the menu for the guests—written on bamboo stick:
The first 3 dishes (Lo Bak, Curry Chicken, Asam FIsh head)
the 4th & 5th dishes (Hainan chicken rice & curry chicken noodle)
Let’s see how the real things look like:

This was what i had that day. The food is nice and yummy. Though the dishes served is very limited but they are really perfectly done! Even the ambiance in the shop is nice, tranquil and cooling…..

The table is also fashioned as the tatamis and painted in one colour!
