One may have tried this Taiwan beef/pork noodle if you are long enough in Melaka or being introduced by the locals.
This stall has been around since the 80′s,started by a couple whom the owner used to study in Taiwan and eventually got married with a Taiwanese lady and brought this special dish back to Malaysia, Melaka.

Looks dirty?? Isn’t it? But the food is pretty hygenic there as I haven’t complained of any food poisoning so far.

Besides the noodle, you will be given a small bowl of soup,tastes good too.
For spicier taste, try their bloody red chilli paste...
Then cool it down with the homemade soybean
You can order small or big portion for the noodle. If the pork is not enough, you can also order for additional pork,like what I did usually.
