My New White Knight!

I collected her last 2 weeks and till today i am still very much charmed by her unparallel beauty, colour, shape & build. It is simply awesome!

Car quoted here is the latest 2nd generation Mazda 3 which was introduced since late 2008. I first got attracted to her in last year local launching. This is completely a CBU version assembled in Japan. (After driving CKD Honda for some years, I have reservations towards CKD model ever since).

Yes, I chose white colour for this new rider of mine! Things I like about this car:

Its handling is good, cornering like a sports car. The exterior is sport styling and sport seats. The seats are made of rich fabrics and textures make it as much a pleasure to touch as to sit back.

The manual shift Automatic transmission is also a new experience for me. The other good thing worth mentioning is the hyper bright Xenon headlamps, even the fog light is also xenon powered. Hence, it’s called bi-xenon headlamps.

The interior cabin

The sporty styling of the cabin interior features a bright, roomy feeling that stands as a testament to fine ergonomic design. Functional beauty strikes a harmonious balance between comfort, operating ease, quality appearance and sculptural elegance.

The smooth, responsive ride of its tuned suspension and refined version of Mazda’s own Electro-Hydraulic Power Assist Steering (EHPAS) system. Both engines feature aluminium blocks, a DOHC 16-valve layout, Mazda’s sequential valve timing (S-VT), and electronic throttle control. All these features really give me the true Zoom-Zoom (Mazda copyright) handling stability and ride comfort.

Things I don’t like about this car:

- As it’s theoretically meant to be a sport sedan, you can imagine the inner cabin is rather small and has limited legroom.

- But then, what puzzles me is there is no auto lock feature as well. Why?

- Then the compartments for putting things in are also limited….

Gosh! I can’t find the 4th disadvantageous points about this car…. See?    :)

****The other day I was stopped by a Security Guard when entering the company car park. You know what he said to me?

He asked me how much i paid for this car and thinks that this car is beautiful.
